Since these were made on a MAC – Apparently they will not upload to the PC version of Capture Control – These do come with instructions as a readme file to possibly make your own versions for the PC.
MAC File Conversion Tool – More Info
Here is a little Mac utility that enables Mac users to use custom curve files. It’s very simple, and was created with a shareware utility called "file typer."
